WATERFRONT DOCK COMING SOON - Guests are welcome to enjoy the pier at 222 W. Huisache for walking and relaxing. However, access to the end of the dock is restricted due to ongoing work in that area. Boats are not permitted to dock at this time.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, accommodating up to 14 guests, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends to vacation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy ambiance, enhanced by large windows that showcase breathtaking views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The open-concept first floor living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen cable TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is a chefs dream and features beautiful countertops with plenty of room for preparing meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cookware and dinnerware to make meal preparation a breeze. The ground floor bedroom features a Queen size bed and ensuite walk-in shower! The remaining four bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Two of the guest bedrooms feature 4 twin beds with a shared bathroom. These are perfect for kids and teenagers! The other two bedrooms have spectacular views of the Bay! The master bedroom is large, and offers guests amazing waterfront bay views! This room features a King Bed, flat screen tv, walk in shower and a large soaking tub for ultimate relaxation! The other guest room entails a Queen Bed and fantastic bay front views! This guest room has a private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Guests will love hanging out with friends and family in the private pool located on the east side of the house. The pool area has a tropical vibe and ample lounging furniture to relax and enjoy South Padre's warm coastal weather! The pool may be heated upon request for a daily fee of $30 + tax.

Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
