Enjoy this family friendly cottage conveniently located to everything you could want to do on your Cape Cod vacation! The cottage is just steps from a private bayside beach on a quiet dead-end road with views of Sandy Neck Lighthouse. It is within walking distance to restaurants, a playground, a marina (where you can board a Whale Watch or private fishing charter), and downtown Barnstable village where you will find more restaurants, a coffee shop, and our favorite one stop shopping spot, Barnstable Market! Also conveniently located near Rte. 6A and Hyannis, the hub of Cape Cod.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
Enjoy the full eat in kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials (Keurig/coffee pods provided). You will also have access to an all-in-one washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a large table offering space for a group to eat. Relax in the living room on a sectional with a Roku TV so you can access all of your streaming apps. There is also a full bath with bathtub.
The whole cottage is equipped with Central A/C and ceiling fans are in the kitchen and living room. Also provided are:

backpack beach chairs
