Good potential in a great location

Owner was very accommodating when we asked if we could arrive a few hours early. Cottage is in a great location-walk to beach, kayaking in Potter's Pond (we brought our own kayaks), several restaurants and ice cream right nearby! Tried our luck at clamming and had a wonderful pasta clam dinner our first night! Cottage is definitely for two people with a nice open kitchen/living room with a ceiling fan and window AC, a tiny bedroom(queen bed takes up most space), no closets so we lived out of our baskets. There are a few drawers built into bedroom wall. Has an inside stall shower with skylight and a rustic enclosed outside shower with bubble skylight roof and low threshold...my husband kept forgetting to duck.(Needs a few Command hooks for towels).Nice cool breezes and sunny days prevailed during our week stay and we enjoyed sitting outside for "happy hour" and breakfast without any pesky bugs at all! For the most part we did not spend much time indoors. The cottage has its quirks which I'm sure the owner is aware of (screen tears, Fridge leak and "debris" inside cabinets) and it seems to be getting upgraded so we relaxed and enjoyed our stay in the Village. We are active people who retire fairly early and liked that the community had quiet hours and friendly neighbors!
