Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Six thoughtfully designed bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across 10 beds, with every room carrying its own personality. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite offers a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite features a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite has two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, and the Star Wars Suite includes two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite provides a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 55-inch smart TV. Rounding out the lineup, the Moana Suite includes one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private pool and spa, both available with optional heating at an additional fee. A covered patio, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers make it easy to settle in for long afternoons outside, while the private backyard gives the group extra room to spread out. Resort access is also included, giving guests use of an additional pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, and more.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a crowd - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses round out the essentials. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper are already on hand.

Entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a destination of its own, with a pool table, arcade games, ping pong table, life size games, board games, and a smart TV. Throughout the home, you'll find multiple TVs, a Bluetooth sound system, and a game console. Themed rooms add an extra layer of fun, especially for families traveling with kids.

Families with younger children will find this home well-prepared - a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, babysitter recommendations, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground are all available.

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer, dryer, iron, and dedicated workspace make extended stays easy to manage. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are included throughout. Bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and a bidet - are provided in the bathrooms.

Safety & access
The home is equipped with exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property (none facing the interior), a hard-wired smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival straightforward. Lake access and a private entrance add to the convenience, and breakfast is provided for your stay. Housekeeping is available at extra cost.

Pets are welcome, and long-term stays are available for groups needing an extended home base in the Orlando Area.
