I reserved this unit 8 months ago and two days before my arrival I reached out to Henry who runs it to find out about how to enter the unit. He sends me a message that the unit is no longer available despite me paying for the unit 8 months earlier! We had rented the unit so my family could come watch my daughter run in the Philadelphia marathon. The message simply states he can issue a refund. I then called him up and he offered to give us two one bedroom units in the same building and I accepted that offer. Upon our arrival, we open the door to one of the units and thought that someone was in the shower because the water was running quite loudly in the bathroom. Uncomfortably, we pulled the curtains on the shower and found water gushing out that the faucet because the handle was broken and you couldn’t stop the flow of water. I contacted Henry and informed him of the issue in the apartment. We had to sleep with the loud sound of running water for three nights. In the other unit the toilet didn’t flush until the very last evening of our stay, Henry sent someone who didn’t know what they were doing at all at 10:30 at night to try to fix it after telling us that someone would be there much earlier in the day. That same person informed us that Henry knew about the water issue in the other apartment for the past six months and had refused to do anything about it. Additionally one of the apartments did not have the key fob to enter the front door. Limit reached………
