Location was on the edge of town within walking distance to the waterfront, dining, shopping and parks. This is an older duplex home with lots of charm, comfortable beds and room to spread out over two floors.

This place was not our original booking. Vrbo double booked our first place so we were asked that we pick one of 2 other places to stay. We chose this one because we only needed 2 bedrooms and the other one was a 4 bedroom house. The house was very clean and we were thankful for that. The pictures do not fully show the dilapidation of the accommodation. It sleeps 7 but 7 people can't eat or sit to watch TV. There were 4 adults and the small table had 2 chairs and a small wooden bench to eat at.The "balcony" is off the kitchen but you have to crawl through the window get to it.The beds are old and the double bed mattress makes 2 people roll to the center. There is no A/C so if it's a hot day the upstairs bedroom is very hot. The steps to the top bedroom are fairly steep but the worst part is that there is no hand rail which makes the steps difficult to go up or down the stairs. The beds in the 3rd bedroom are single beds and they too were very uncomfortable. The house has a vehicle repair place next door and they have powerful spot lights in the yard which shines into the bedroom that only has very light curtains hanging up. The arborite on the kitchen counter is worn through in places down to the wood. The "garden" is weeds. The couch in the living room has a cover over it which doesn't stay in place and the material on the couch underneath the cover is falling apart. They also put a 1,000 damage deposit hold on the credit card, returned once we checked out.
