Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash, secure outside lids because of raccoons, put all trash in the large trash bins at the beginning of the gravel driveway before the end of your stay.
Strip & place all used bedsheets on that bed
Outdoors: Return lake toys close to the home, replace hot tub cover, & turn off propane tanks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband, Drew, and I take pride in managing the properties ourselves. Each of our homes is thoughtfully designed and well stocked so you can focus on enjoying your stay. We're nearby and responsive if you need anything, and love helping guests experience the best of Beaver Lake, Fayetteville and NWA.

We chose this area for its peaceful lakefront setting and convenient access to town. You get wooded views, calm water, and stunning sunsets - while still being convenient to Fayetteville, Springdale, and other NWA areas, as well as restaurants, hiking trails and Razorback events.

It's the perfect balance of a quiet retreat and easy access to everything NWA has to offer.
