Just off the kitchen is a large BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor cooking.

Downstairs, you'll find a cozy room with a flat-screen TV and a couch that can be converted into a bed. With its low ceilings, this room is ideal as a media space for kids or extra guests. A full bathroom is also located downstairs for added convenience. The home is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Perfect, private and great location

This was a wonderful place to stay; very centrally located for us getting to and from St. John's College and around town. The place was charming and cozy. Well decorated, comfortable, well stocked with utensils and very nice linens. The patio was was a very nice place. We liked that it felt very private and secluded but was close to things. Nice to have private parking too. One thing that was a little tricky was the stop to pick up and drop off the keys rather than having them at the house or leaving them at the house when we left early in the morning, but it wasn't that bad and the house was great.

The water heater was out in the casita, when your service company arrived as we were leaving, they only had to flip to switch to get it started.. it was inconvient to have to use the main house shower. You were notified right away and it was not fixed until the last day...

Great Family Holiday

This property is just lovely. Every detail was in place and thoughtfully planned. We enjoyed the fireplaces in the crisp Santa Fe evenings. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could prepare a meal for extended family in the area. I highly recommend this property and Casas De Santa Fe!
