You'll love the location and the very tranquil existence. There are 8 stairs to go up to get to the apartment. There will be condiments in the refrigerator you can use. Beverly Center, world class shopping and restaurants.

Amenities were basic but fit my needs. The unit is on the second floor of a small building in back of the main building facing the street. So nice to have a lemon tree to look at and walk past between the two buildings. I had to be near relatives in Beverly Hills so the location was perfect for me.

Simple, but convenient. I mostly needed a bed to sleep in. It is an old building, and you see it. Bus stop is nearby. Very quiet and safe area. Host is super-responsive and helpful. Shops are in 5-10 min walking distance.
