About this property
Huge House In CDA WIth Detached Game Room
The Space:
Welcome to The Hangout House, a 5-bedroom Coeur d'Alene getaway that sleeps 10 and gives your group something most homes can't: two places to gather. While the main house handles meals and downtime, the detached game room — with foosball, a big-screen TV, cornhole, and space to spread out — becomes home base for kids, teens, and adults alike. Add a fully fenced backyard where the dogs can roam while the BBQ works, and parking for four cars plus your boat trailer or RV, and you have a rare setup this close to the lake.
You're just minutes from Sherman Avenue's restaurants and shops, City Beach, Tubbs Hill trails, and everything that makes North Idaho summers special. Bedrooms include a king, three queens, and a twin bunk room the kids will claim on arrival, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces in between. Perfect for family reunions, wedding weekends, and tournament teams — bring everyone, including the dog. License #58833.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The location was amazing. We really enjoyed the large backyard and the separate game room. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it was very clean. We highly recommend.
Absolutely enjoyed ourselves at this house, It had everything we needed and more! Great location, close to downtown, shops, the water and so much more. The backyard was great for hanging out and we even could see some fireworks on the 4th of July. The teenagers enjoyed the separate living space to watch tv and play foosball without disrupting the family who went to bed early. Beds are comfortable and the linens were nice and clean! Looking forward to staying here again.

House was extremely musty and outdated the door to the one bedroom did not close as it’s like the foundation of the house shifted no pantry to store goods pots and pans scattered everywhere and the house smelled like a Vietnamese family lived in it for 30 years the air barely worked and the stairs where extremely steep an id you walk in through the back door there is no warning you could trip over the lip and tumble to your death to the steep almost unwalkable stairs and downstairs had a closed off section that was very strange and the washer and dryer freestanding and it advertised a game room there wasn’t a game room in the whole house but maybe they meant the old shed next door Host wa lovely but house needs condemned not as advertised at all
