A large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. with a lanai/patio looking onto a creek and subtropical splendor.
There's a futon style sofa bed in the lanai room, a sofa in living room that I've slept on comfortably, and a couch in one of the bedrooms that can sleep one.

The neighborhood is mostly single family homes within walking distance of The WonderGardens, restaurants, shops, and the public park.
The house is on Leitner Creek which leads to the Imperial River about a block away.
The creek is the focal point of the house and patio, imparting a sub-tropical, everglades kind of feel.
