The place was very clean and very convenient to everything! The building is gorgeous and the rooftop bar is awesome! The WIFI worked great and the condo was beautiful. The bed was a little hard for our comfort level, and the sheets were a little thin, but everything else was great. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We had a fantastic day! Our host was welcoming, sent great informative messages to us throughout our day. We had no problems to address because everything was great. The only downside was that for up the bed was way too firm. My husband loved the firm mattress. I love a soft one and he woke up sore and said it was just way too hard for him. It says it’s addiction maybe a portable 2 inch topper for guest? Not a huge issue because everything else was so great. The location is wonderful.

The condo is excellent! Great, location; wonderful host (Jorge); great accommodation. The only bad thing is tv and internet. I was not able to sign for any tv domains. It was important especially when it was rainy and there was nothing to do. Also, the internet worked only in the condo; didn't work outside of the building.

After more than seven trips to Puerto Vallarta—and stays in many buildings throughout Zona Romántica—Casa Valentina has become our favorite by far.We walked past it while it was still under construction last year, so we were excited to finally stay after it opened in February. The location is fantastic and close to all our favorite spots, including a taco stand we love.Omar greeted us when we arrived and was the best! Communication with the host was seamless. We had no issues, and whenever we had a question, we received a response right away.The rooftop is stunning. The L-shaped pool offers both ocean and mountain views, and the sunsets were unreal, with shades of pink, orange, and purple. The rooftop also has one of the largest hot tubs in the area. There is a bartender, but ordering drinks is not required.The condo was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We loved having a TV in the living room, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a sleek rainfall shower, and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hangers. The bed was a little firm, but placing a blanket underneath made it perfectly comfortable, and we slept very well.Casa Valentina combines an amazing location, beautiful views, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service. It is now our favorite building in Zona Romántica, and we would absolutely stay here again.
