Philip & Christina are wonderful hosts. The home is amazing. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is a nature lover's, especially a birders paradise. We will definitely book this wonderful home again.

Just came home from a quick getaway here. The home is exactly as pictured- very clean, with a beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. The views from the porch and upper balcony are gorgeous! There's even a small brook in the back yard. You'll feel like you're nestled in a little cabin in the woods. (Even had a deer pass through!)The area was very quiet. If you enjoy hiking there are many trailheads around- the home is very close to Minnewaska State Park, and Mohonk. We had a slight hiccup with getting in, but were able to get in touch with Philip fairly quickly to get it figured out. He and his wife are great hosts. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back. Wish our stay didn't go by so quickly!

The cabin is exactly what we envisioned. We enjoyed a nice quiet stay. The cabin was clean recently updated and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful. The forest and fall colors were magical. We also enjoyed the sounds of the creek and the wood stove kept us cozy. Minnewaska preserve is nearby and some features like Awosting falls are within hiking distance. We will definitely stay again.
