It is the middle of the Island close to most restaurants & shops. The Condo has a large screen TV, cable, WiFi, on-request movie channels, swimming pool & jacuzzi. The Condo has 1 master bedroom, 1 guest bedroom with a pullout trundel & a pull-out sofa. The Condo also has a full kitchen fully equipped to prepare any meal you want. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The Condo also has a Karaoke machine for lots of fun, singing & dancing.

Perfect location-close to the ocean, restaurants and entertainment. All items available for cooking and eating in. The living and sleeping areas were great size for our group. The host was quick to respond to questions. We are already booked for another stay.

Great location, comfortable, clean and functional area. Boaters, you can back you boat up if you have a boat that is 17ft or less, trailer 21ft, chev silverado 1500 4door. Great location. Safe location, nice pool. Clean linen.

Everything was as described. Had a great time everything was super close to the condo. Several restaurant are within walking distance. Enjoyed the fireworks which were very close as well! Great Time! I recommend it!

Awesome location - comfortable accommodations

We stayed here for 30 days. Some things really stand out as important for a long term stay: comfortable bed, great shower and internet. This place scored 10/10 on all three. Kitchen was adequately stocked for us to easily cook a few meals. Appreciated the on-site washer and dryer. The first floor location was enjoyable because we had plenty of room to spread out around the pool. Bedding, pillows and towels were fresh.The location with easy walking distance to multiple music venues and restaurants is just the cherry on top of our stay!Arnold was very quick to address the few small issues that came up. He’s a great host. We would gladly stay here again.

Number one complaint is there was no hot tub as listed. The washer/dryer listed did not work while we were there. The kitchen was lacking items such as ice cube tray, cork screw, etc. The location was good so it would be an adequate place to stay for a short time.

Great place and location but needs lots of love

Arnold was attentive and communicated well. We were delighted by the condo's spaciousness and its proximity to local restaurants and beach entrances. However, we encountered a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. The hot water supply was insufficient, lasting only about two minutes per use. This was particularly problematic considering the condo's capacity to accommodate up to eight people. We also looked forward to using the Jacuzzi, but were disappointed to find that the heater was not functioning, rendering it unusable. The furniture, especially the sofas, appeared to be quite old and lacked proper support, causing one to sink into them shortly after sitting. Despite the presence of beds and a convertible sofa, it was clear that the condo could not comfortably sleep eight adults as advertised, luckily we were only four adults. The quality of the towels provided was subpar, and the absence of hooks for hanging them was inconvenient. Additionally, the decor and ceilings had spider webs, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. In summary, while the condo's location and space were commendable, the issues with hot water and Jacuzzi impacted our stay. We hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

This was the ideal location and walking distance from Louie's Backyard and Tequila Sunrise for our Bachelorette weekend. Short walk down the block for beach access points.

Perfect condo

This is a nice condo that is located both close to the bay and the beachside. The pool area is great and we were fortunate to be able to have it all to ourselves. Arnold is great and he truly did everything to make our stay amazing. This a great place to stay if you want to be close to prime restaurants and bars. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay.

Be prepared

Was not that happy with this place. Loved the location as could walk to restaurants, bars and beach but the actual accommodations were lacking. Sleeping for 6 or more but even though there was only 3 of us there was only 2 coffee cups, 1 wine glass, 3 forks and silly things like that. No table for dining although was a bar with 2 stools. Turned cold and raining which usually means cards or games but no table or chairs to do so. The lighting was minimal in the baths and did not work in the hall. I have never booked a place that did not provide at least 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet....this did not! No kitchen linen or paper towels. The couch was broken and sat at an angle. Allergies of one kicked in with the VERY dirty air vents. Overall not very happy with the actual accommodations.
