THE SETTING: Located in Greenwood Forest, 5 Wildwood Road offers a quiet Sea Pines setting with convenient access to the beach, pool, and miles of bike paths. The Greenwood Forest pool is approximately a five-minute walk from the house, while the beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Back at home, the large private deck provides a relaxed outdoor space for grilling, gathering, or simply enjoying a slower afternoon.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, and friends looking for a comfortable three-bedroom home with a bathroom for each bedroom. One king, one queen, and two twin beds provide a versatile arrangement for adults and children, while the open living spaces make it easy for everyone to spend time together.

POOL: The Greenwood Forest pool is approximately a five-minute walk from the house and is open seasonally from April through September. It's an easy option for an afternoon swim without having to venture far from home.

Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide comfortable accommodations for families and friends, with a flexible mix of king, queen, and twin sleeping arrangements. PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 8 minute bike ride, or 4 minutes by car. During peak season, Sea Pines Beach Trolleys provide transportation from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately three minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
