We were having some work done on our house so this property worked well for the 2 nights we stayed. It was well maintained and clean. We would stay here again if we had a similar situation arise.
The 3- bedroom 2 bath house in Framingham was accurately described in the listing. It had everything we needed for our short stay while we were visiting our daughter at college. It is a ranch style property that was exactly what we needed for our senior dog. There were nice touches like dog treats, tea bags, and tissues. It was also great that light switches were labeled. We would stay again.
Comfortable beds. Stayed cool. One of the bathrooms has a very interesting plumbing situation where it makes a complains very loudly anytime you use any water in there. At first it scared my kids, but we got used to it. Pretty yard. We liked the neighborhood.
Everything was as advertised. The property and area were very pleasant and quiet. Nice neighborhood. We were no more than a 10 minute drive to shopping, etc in the area so it was very convenient. The house itself was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.
We really loved this house. It was a perfect place to stay with our small dogs. The neighborhood was sweet and quiet. The house was very clean. We slept very comfortably. I will stay again.
This home was so very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable in every way. It was a perfect location for my husband and I, flying into Boston Logan in the wee hours. It also was a great location for navigating to other places in Eastern Massachusetts, especially Worcester and Millbury, for family events. The host, Lynn, was incredibly responsive. And she added such thoughtful touches, like coffee for the coffee maker, creamers, some little wrapped candies in a container on the counter, some bottled waters and sparkling waters in the fridge. I especially loved the private sitting area in the backyard, fenced and beautifully landscaped. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The most amazing thing to me was when Lynn said for check-out requirements, we should do absolutely nothing, except return the key to the key box! I think this is because she takes great pride in her rental, and the condition of it clearly matters to her. Of course, we left it as clean as we found it! You will not regret renting this house!
Great place with plenty of room. Had all the amenities one needs. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating. We live on 5 acres in Maine, so we found the neighbors to be to close for our comfort ... however, the convenience to Boston off set this fact. I would highly recommend this place.....but NOT VRBO. We will likely never rent thru VRBO again. We found them to be price gouging when we wanted to add another night to our booking. They doubled the nightly rate (for a Wednesday) saying it was due to the World Cup, even though the World Cup was more than a week away!!!
The place was extremely cleaned and organized! Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Only wish that the host communicated more with us prior to our check-in day and on the check-out requirements.
Stayed here for two nights and loved the property. Clean and quiet, even spend some time out on the back deck. In a neighborhood so not a lot of traffic which was nice also. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We rented this 3 bedroom home for our daughter’s graduation from Wellesley. The house is clean and close enough to the college. All areas were clean and the check in and check out process were seamless. Communication with the host was easy. The only negative comment I have is that the pullout sofa in the main area is really not comfortable. I thought my son would be able to stay there but the mattress is so thin that you can feel all the springs. I ended up having to rent an extra hotel room since that sofabed was unusable. Overall it’s a good place for 6 adults in the 3 bedrooms and the price was very reasonable.
Great little house. Looks like it was recently upgraded with all mod cons. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Nice outdoor space. A perfect homebase for visiting family and friends in the area. Communication with the host was excellent.
This house was just what our family needed for a “home base” while we enjoyed a few days in central New England. It was comfortable and clean, and it was easy to prepare meals when we ate in or packed lunches. Lin was very quick and helpful with communication, and I’d definitely stay again when we’re next In the area!
