What a great cabin on a gorgeous little lake! It has everything you could want. It’s roomy, nice updated bathroom, comfy beds, and beautiful lake views from every window. Easy drive into Munising and all the outdoor adventures. Loved every minute.

We had a fabulous time at Turtle Cove. My husband loved the fishing so much he is still talking about it nearly a month later. One of the reasons we chose this particular place is bc a boat and 2 kayaks were provided. We definitely made use of them! You could tell the house was older, but things were updated and in good condition. The home was only 15 minutes from Munising, but felt very secluded which was exactly what we wanted.We would definitely stay again!

Best little get away in Michigan

We enjoyed the cabin, the boat, the kayaks, hiking, pictures rocks cruise, waterfalls and great food. We will be back again great area for an outdoor adventure vacation. We went Rock hounding on show of Lake Superior and enjoyed our time very much

The listing of the house on the lake was accurate. It's a lovely, quiet place and the house is roomy. It was clean and comfortable. The outdoor area had lots of chairs, firepit and picnic table.

Beautiful view of the lake and surrounding. Quiet peaceful nights out back were great. Property very clean and a great neighbor that worked with us while letting our dogs out to play in the lake.

Cute, cozy place to get away

My family of 5 stayed in this home for the week of the Fourth. We felt like we were in our own up north cabin. It was easy to find with the directions they provide, and the cabin was stocked with everything you could need.

Long weekend away

There is so much to do in this area. This house was the perfect quiet after a busy day. The lake is quiet, the fish are biting, the house is cozy with a wonderful cross breeze and the beds are comfortable. Hope to return next summer.

Serenity at a no wake lake

Quaint, nice cabin. Off the beaten path, yet close to general store and daytrip excursions. Enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat. Fishing brought in our largest bass to date. Appreciated the fire pit. Really enjoyed the stay.

Another great trip to Hiawatha

This is my second fall trip to the Turtle Cove property in Hiawatha National Forest. The house and property were excellent, clean, and ready when we get in the first evening. The location made for great adventures and the morning views of the fall colors were excellent as I sipped my coffee. I will look to stay at this property again on my next visit to the area.

This house is comfortable and the lake view is great. The manager was attentive and maintained contact with us. Furniture is in good condition. Water pressure is good and we had plenty of hot water. The house is on a dirt road. The address is not in Google Maps.

Good location outside of Munising

Comfortable cabin. Good location. Right on Town Lake. Some maintenance on property needed to be addressed but housekeeper quickly took care of it.
