The house was wonderful for our family weekend. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable beds and towels to the beautiful nature themed decor, to the fun games and toys for kids of all ages.The grill and kitchen were great. The hot tub was a special highlight.We hope to make it an annual tradition!

A great spot for gathering a large group. Plenty of sleeping space, game tables, hot tub, toys for the little guys and plenty of privacy. Outstanding communication; every question or concern was addressed with lightning speed. The exterior is a bit worn, but it was clean, well stocked and conveniently located between Cacapon State Park & downtown Berkeley Springs. We enjoyed golf, hiking, swimming and a session at the salt cave. A wonderful family weekend (including our dogs)!

Host was very communicative and clear with instructions. Would be careful if traveling during the winter months as the property is on a hill, so some parts of the driveway are a little steep. We did not have any issues with it, and everything was beautiful.

This is an adorable cabin and the customer service was great! Quick response to all inquiries. The only part that makes the review a bit negative is the state of the house. Two of the toilets were extremely difficult to flush and the dishwasher did not work. Some of the doors would not close because they are warped. I think the price was too high to have these issues. Loved the location and our group had a wonderful time in Berkeley Springs.
