The kitchen was stocked with everything and plenty of room to seat everyone for a meal.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The home was well stocked and decorated. The bunk room and video game were a huge hit with the kids. The hot tub was a life saver due to some bad weather. The host could not have been more responsive and nice. Communication was great, extremely helpful. That went a long way to make our stay smooth. I would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for large families or groups. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful view and area was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and game room. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. Our little ones loved the little teepee bed and we appreciated this rental is dog friendly. I would recommend!

They are not kidding about the spectacular view!! We had a lovely stay at this house with three elderly parents for a long weekend, and it was wonderful having three bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen is very well equipped (even has an electric griddle for pancakes and a tea kettle for the stove). Beds are comfortable and the games room is terrific. We just had five adults but it would be a good place for a family/families with kids as the bunk rooms are very cute, and there’s definitely enough room. Would definitely stay here again, and there was some not so subtle hinting from the folks to do it again next year. Berkeley Springs has plenty to offer in activities, and everyone we met in town was just lovely and so kind to my folks. The team’s recommendations on food were top notch. Highly recommend Bobs Beef BBQ the whole family loved it and its great value for the money. The cheese shop and Fairfax Coffee House also terrific.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house and the beautiful Mountain View. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Katie was very responsive and gave lots of ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. Our granddaughters loved hiking and the playground at Cacapon State Park. They also really enjoyed playing in the Springs in town and the candy shop.

We were very impressed with our accommodations – clean, comfortable, spacious, and sunny (except on the rainy day) with a great view. Our host, Katie, answered questions promptly both before and during our stay. We are all older and appreciated that most of the bedrooms and the main rooms are on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot – we did not have to carry our boxes and suitcases up or down stairs. And for the times we wanted to use the game room, the stairs had a sturdy handrail. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place and this host.

Beautiful home just minutes from the lovely town of Berkeley Springs

Beautiful home with a wonderful view. The home had everything we needed. The bunk beds were the nicest bunk beds I've ever seen. Plenty of room for adults!

Fall Getaway

The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room. Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.

Nice house but would have been nice to be able to use the indoor fireplace as it was snowing while there. Jacuzzi water was cloudy. Kitchen items too worn for price of rental. Nice game room but for price should provide basic cable. House was clean and had amazing view.
