Eden Village was the perfect home base for our long weekend on MDI! Our cottage was perfect for my husband and me, and our two pups! There was plenty of space to walk them without feeling like we were right on top of the cottage next to us (which is common for spaces on MDI)! The cottage was well-equipped with all we needed, and plenty of items to make it easy to prepare meals at home if wanted. The bed was very comfy, and the enclosed porch was perfect for a late-night game of cards without getting eaten alive by mosquitos! We would definitely return again for a stay at Eden Village Motel & Cottages, and we’re so thankful for their hospitality!

I realize it was a cottage reasonable rental rate number one got there. It was 85 plus no air conditioning. The listing said AC number two2 a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for three days not enough had to go out and buy my own. No paper towel. There was a paper towel holder no paper towel had to go out and buy my own number four couldn’t enjoy the porch, which was one of the things that drew us to a screened in porch full of holes I had to kill bees, my wife is bug phobic number five garbage man shows up at 3:42 AM. Big diesel hydraulics dumping the dumpster headlights pointing in my room through the window. Can’t say I’ll be going back again.

Hi Richard, Thank you for your feedback! We do wish you would have reached out to us in regards to the issues highlighted in your review, as we would have been more than happy to assist and address the concerns during your stay. In regards to the AC, we would have been happy to install the window AC upon request; they are not typically installed until the end of June, but the area was met with an unexpected heatwave and while some cottages still maintained cooling with fans, we where not aware others did not until notified. Again, we do appreciate the feedback and we thank you for your stay.
