The house was amazing! It was well stocked, comfortable, and clean. We loved how relaxing and peaceful it was. SO close to a grocery store and gas station too! We walked to the sculpture garden nearby and enjoyed the 4th of July parade from the porch! Great response times on any questions and very nice people. I would happily stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute house. The location is perfect for sightseeing in Salado and access to the interstate. The back yard is fenced and great for pets. Even though there is convenient shopping across the street you don’t hear traffic noise. We hope this unit is available for our next visit. We had easy access to our host and manager.

I liked the location. Check in was difficult. I was told by Vrbo that instructions we e mailed but when I opened their alt said no messages. Property states sleeps 6 with one king bed one queen bed and 2 twins. Inaccurate the twins are kids beds .the Tvs did not work had no remote and property manager did not call back. Had to call vrbo who made manager come over. He was very annoyed and acted like we should have found it. We'll guess where it was. He had to turn the love seat upside down and it was under there. He got one working at 9 pm bedroom TV does not work. 2nd bathroom has a leak everytime you flush the toilet the floor in front of sink gets big puddles. We also had to go buy batteries for the remote. Feel we should be reimbursed.

Perfection!

We stayed at this charming Salado property for our daughter’s graduation from UMHB, and it was absolutely perfect! We wanted to be close enough to campus without being in the middle of the post-ceremony chaos, and this home delivered the best of both worlds.Salado always makes me question why I live anywhere else—it's such a precious town with amazing food, kid-friendly spots, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The house itself is in a prime location—right across from the grocery store and less than a mile from several fantastic restaurants.Inside, the home was clean, spacious, and wonderfully kid-friendly. Our children especially loved the dedicated playroom and the giant backyard, complete with soccer balls and plenty of room to run around. This property made a special family weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true Salado experience!
