The place was amazing. Two seperate levels one for our family and the other for my wifes cousins, was perfect. Perfect location for collecting sea shells. Very family friendly area as it is a private beach location. Only complaint was we didn't have more time there. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. Sincerely Steve and family.

Great direct beachfront luxury! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a little bit of an AC issue that came up, but the hosts were super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely enjoys every moment at this property. The bedrooms are very comfortable and each its own bath which makes it very convenient. The home is always immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, knives and cooking utensils as well as two sets of dishes. We love having breakfast at the kitchen table and dinners in the dining room. There are beach chairs and umbrellas as well a big beach towels which Ames going down to the beach a breeze. This is a simply lovely property on a beautiful part of the beach. Thank you for sharing it with us!

This home has magnificent views of the sunrise enjoyed it from my bed with a cup of coffee in hand plus sunset view while cooking dinner. Short trip to enjoy Super Bowl with family everything in the home is beautiful. Randall and Karina were there to assist with any needs. They took the stress out of any concern you may have. Will be back!

We loved this house. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed for our family. The location in Ponte Vedra Beach is exceptional. It’s a very quiet part of the beach. The owners had plenty of beach, accessories, and toys for the kids to make it very convenient.We would definitely stay again.Oh and don’t miss dinner at Caps on the water. It’s a five min drive and worth it!

The most important aspect that led us to booking this property was that it had 2 master suites which worked as well as hoped. The place was clean, the kitchen is very well appointed which is important as we tend to stay in and cook a lot. The ocean views from the upstairs suite are breathtaking. Nothing like watching a sunrise while laying in bed! access to 2 garage parking spots was also a plus. All in all a great visit and would certainly book this place again.

The location of the house is perfect. It has great beach access and a beautiful view.The house however was not clean. The vents were coated with dust and dirt. The refrigerator had water marks running down the front of it. The view was marred by windows that were very cloudy. The owner did have the freezer repaired immediately.He did offer to send a cleaning crew but we declined. It should have been cleaned when we arrived.We stayed in this house 3 years ago and were very disappointed by the difference we found.

As advertised and then some. House was clean, had all the things you need for a stay at the beach, and was directly on the water. Very updated house with everything you need for meals. The communication with the host was exceptional from check in. There was a small issue with the thermostat on the fourth day and it was promptly addressed. Randy was in communication the entire time with updates. Exceptional customer service and a beautiful home on the beach. Everything you could ask for.
