Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was one of the best our family has stayed in. Both bathrooms were exceptionally nice, recently renovated. Beds were a bit too soft, otherwise clean and well furnished. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The place was a nice size and there was a great view of the ocean, but you also look at sea and suds restaurant too. The pool was heated which helped being a little cooler at the beginning of the week. The carpets could use some TLC as they did look pretty stained. If you like to be in the hustle and bustle of everything this is perfect. If you like a quiet balcony in the evening I would try somewhere else not next to the restaurant. Overall it is a nice place and good location for other restaurants and places. Easy access to the beach and nice pool.

The property was as advertised except the pool was not heated, the security guard told us it wouldn't be heated until January. And there was no hot tub as listed in the VRBO ad. The kitchen was decent and the bathrooms were clean for what they were. But the carpets in the bedrooms were gross and wouldn't walk barefoot on them. Patio is nice with a nice view.
