We loved the location. The kids loved exploring. The host was available. There were plenty of towels and other items that we needed. We would stay there again.

Perfect location for our family bike trip and to visit the hot springs. The house accommodated our large group, but the privacy with bathrooms/bedrooms might be a bit of an issue if you don't know each other well. The house is in need of a few repairs. Dishwasher was missing the top rack and a drawer was missing a front. Overall we loved our stay and would likely book again.

Booked the Hobbit house for my sister’s bachelorette and it was perfect for a group our size! Spacious living and dining room so we could all hang out. Quirky mountain charm and a beautiful destination right next to river and walking path. Shayan was great communicating all directions and answering questions as well.

This location was perfect! Just minutes from Glenwood Springs, right off of the river, and at the very end of the street, where the road converts to a bike trail. The house needs some maintenance, and has some quirks, but was functional and met the needs of our large group of 14 (with 8 kids) quite well. Host responded quickly to any questions we had.

We loved the setting, right along the beautiful Colorado river! The house has room for lots of people and it also has alot of character. We had trouble getting the wifi password and struggled to communicate with our host because of poor service. Overall it was a good stay!

Outside looks nothing like pictures. Very ran done, propane bottle was empty.AC/ heat split not working resorting to portable AC , which could not keep up Refrigerator quit working second to last day resulting in waste of a large amount of food, Non flowing confirmation of house plan did offer the privacy we needed for a large group of friends not family. Large amounts of mouse traps in living areas, which we thought odd .
