The home is conveniently located just a short walk from the community pool, open from Memorial Day Weekend through October, and there are numerous hiking, horseback riding, and exploring opportunities nearby, with direct access to 200 acres of the Santa Fe National Forest and its beautiful trails. The house is beautiful and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Santa Fe Plaza and 30 minute drive to slopes. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning to same location for future stays.

Condo needs updating. Hot water system did not work properly for first 3 days. Many other items

Hot water system not working properly. Dish washer not working properly. Master shower door scrapes tile and makes terrible noise. Handle fell off a shower door. Dishes are old and stained. Fireplace has reverse draft as fire dies out and fills condo with smoke. Cushions in living room need re-stuffing. Overall, has great potential but needs all of the above looked at. Asking for partial refund. Time to update!.

It is a great property with wonderful views! One item that needs improvement is the rug in the den. It is worn and shredding. The team is helpful and efficient. One comment is that when searching a property on your website, it appears that the property is available. However, in talking with your associates, it is my understanding that a property is not available until confirmed with the owner. It might be helpful to add that information to your website as most vacation rental websites do not function in this manner.

4th of July Getaway

The unit was nicely appointed and comfortable. They open concept layout was conducive to cooking & socializing with our small group. (4 adults.) The view from the patio was beautiful. There isn't a lot to do unless you go into Santa Fe (going for walks around the property requires that people are able to climb steep hills.) The biggest disappointment was that the community pool was closed due to coronavirus. Frankly, we felt the cost of the rental should have been discounted given that the best summer amenity was not available for use.

Property management was great, helped with last minute change. They answered after hours number immediately and were very helpful. 1) beautiful view 2) property was spotless 3) beds were amazing with quality linens and high end mattresses 4)nice furniture, newer and high quality 5) new small kitchen appliances and flatware 6) new food processor and blender 7) great decor 8) Two master suites with private patios for each I personally own three vacation rentals so I know what it takes to make one stand out. This place does. It’s not the most expensive one I have ever rented but overall, it’s the best. I recently leased in Phoenix and not near the quality experience. I used to rent from Kokepelli here in Santa Fe. Not anymore !! I’m rebooking for 10 days for my next visit.
