A simple and convenient cabin in a resort along HWY 101. The location was close to the Sam Boardman State Park where we explored during our one day in the area. The host was very responsive.

This is a great little cottage with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It is located on a very scenic corridor on highway 1010. You acces to beautiful hikes and walks on the beach. We will definitely be returning for a visit.

Sea Star Escape was a great place to stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we had some clear nights were you could watch the stars. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking Harris Beach and the ocean. As an added bonus was the stairs taking right to the beach. This is a great place and would love to stay there again.

We loved staying at the Whaleshead Beach Resort! The cottage was clean and welcoming. Views from the deck and the inside were lovely. Having such beautiful scenery all around us was a real treat. The Brookings area has so much to offer and this was a nice home base to. Contacting the host was easy and check in was smooth. The cottage is seems best for 2 people; the upstairs is small and the ceiling is low enough that an adult cannot stand up. There is a bed up there though, which was comfortable for me to lay on for reading. The kitchen could have been better equipped and the stove burners all seemed to be set too high. We were able to make simple breakfasts and dinners, but not the kind of cooking I'm used to. We would come again for the quaint charm, lovely surroundings and cozy home base. Thank you for sharing your property.
