It is very nicely updated and things provided were as described. We had a couple of issues. The icemaker wasn't working but there were ice trays. The micro broke on the first evening, brought a counter top one for us to use the next morning. Location was convenient to the river and the ocean as well as grocery and other shopping. Very comfortable.

This unit was the perfect spot for a much needed get away. The location could not have been better, right between the ocean and Intracoastal. We were comfortable and had everything provided for a great pool or beach day. My only suggestion would be to do some maintenance. For example, the sliding door doesn't lock and the verticals don't close properly. The toilet in the larger bedroom tends to run, and there weren't extra supplies of things such as toilet paper and paper towels. Would we chose to stay there again? Absolutely. Those were minor issues to us that we thought you may not aware of and it was pretty much perfect otherwise.
