Available for off season rental now through May of 2025! Perfect for those new to the area or temporarily here for work. Please send inquiry if interested. Application required.

Blue Skies is a One Ludington Place Condominium at the Ludington Harbor. You are invited to relax in this beautifully decorated three bedroom condo, which opens up to a large grassy area. The pool and hot tub are but a few steps away. With its nautical theme you might just decide to stay in and soak up its atmosphere and indulge yourself in style and comfort. When you do step out, you’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of living in a marina setting, within walking distance to all downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. This condo’s beds are a dream to sleep on and the floor plan allows for kids of all ages to enjoy their home away from home. You’ll find yourself wanting to re-book this condo for years to come. Gas grills located in common area for all to use. Bed linens and towels provided. **NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.

Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location near parks, beach, lighthouse, sunsets, shopping, dining, and more. Condo decor is lovely with several beautiful pieces on walls. Living room and dining room furniture is very comfortable and kitchen is adequately set up, except that more cutlery is needed. However, beds have terrible mattresses, especially in master bedroom, and bathtub drain stopper doesn’t work. Condo was cleaned well, except that carpet is light colored and there are many dark stains on it. Outside porch is very nice and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches out there. On the whole, this condo has some very good qualities and some bad ones, particularly the beds and bathtub.

Cute spot close to the marina and restaurants with activities for the kids like the pool and park. A couple minor issues with the unit that were quickly remedied by Nikki and her team. Whole family enjoyed it.

Great location

The property was nice and the location was great. I would definitely stay there again. One thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. One side is fine but the other is almost completely caved in. My husband slept terrible.
