FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE!
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an extra large floor plan and is located on the 6th floor of Building E, the newest of the Dunes of Panama buildings.

Sleeping Accommodations:
The expansive primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and amazing Gulf views. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and attached full bath. Both bedrooms have new coastal-look porcelain tile and comfy bedding. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and is located at the end of its own hallway for added privacy. The living room sofa bed has a queen size foam mattress.

Your "home away from home" is set back from the road, away from traffic noises - a beach oasis! Located on the quieter east end, the Dunes of Panama offers 1500 feet of Gulf front, the largest on the beach.

Amenities at the Dunes of Panama also feature 3 swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, corn hole (bean bags are in the office), volleyball on the beach. Located in our building are a small fitness center and snack bar. Enjoy a frosty drink from our snack bar or the tiki bar at the heated pool.

Do you need more than one condo? Our family also owns E702, which is right next door, and one floor up.

The minimum age for renters at Dunes of Panama is 25. This requirement is actively enforced.

This is a NONSMOKING unit.

No matter how cute or lovable your fur baby is, the HOA does not allow rental pets in E Building. If you see dogs on the premises, they belong to owners.

Guest check-in should be by 4:00 pm. (This isn’t guaranteed.). As soon as the condo is clean, we will contact the guest with the keyless entry code. Upon arrival, guests will stop at the security entry gate to get parking passes for their vehicles.

Guests can bring two vehicles. Checkout is 10:00 am.

The condo entry door is monitored by an exterior security camera.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. No complaints- except we never got the Keurig to work. But no worries, there was a coffee maker! So many things were provided- even extra beach chairs and flat irons to name a few. We felt very safe during our stay. The views from living room and master bedroom were a dream. My family did not want to leave!!

The condo was very nice and oh so comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. We enjoyed sitting balcony. Gail provided information about our rental request very quickly and then provided information about check in in a timely manner. The Dunes of Panama resort was nicely maintained and the beach area was incredible. Thank you for such an enjoyable trip!!!!

This is a great property. The owners were very helpful and kept us well informed with emails and messages. They left a notebook with instructions, great tips, and local suggestions including places to eat. We tried one from the book and now have a new favorite Sunday brunch place. The room is right next to the elevator which is convenient and we never noticed any noise from it. There seemed to be a good number of year-round occupants in that area making it very quiet and pleasant. The condo was clean and had all the supplies we needed for our stay. I will say the bed in the second room was a little smaller than we were expecting, but our girls did alright. They are teenagers and were expecting a little more room in a queen-sized bed. It would be fine for smaller children. The master bed was a wonderful king-sized bed. I slept better than I do at home. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed this property very much.

We bought this condo so we could live in it in the winter, and share it with you all in the summer. Ongoing decorative updates and maintenance occur each winter while we are living in the condo. This past winter, the sliding doors and guest room window were replaced. The main living areas were repainted, and decor was updated. It's a dream come true for us, and we are excited to share our little piece of paradise with you!

Our guests love the spacious feel of this floor plan, and that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, located at opposite ends of the condo, giving each bedroom privacy.

Why they chose this property

The Dunes sits on 1500 ft of beachfront. You'll have lots of room to spread out and really enjoy the beautiful water and white, sugar sand! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! We love the Dunes, because the complex is set away from the road and feels like a real getaway from traffic and congestion found on the west end of Panama City Beach.
