Historic 3-bedroom Farmhouse in Sumrall

Beautiful farmhouse built in 1906, within walking distance of the Longleaf Trace biking trail, local restaurants and boutiques. The home has original features, a favorite is the claw foot tub, take a relaxing bath! Have coffee on the front porch swing! Enjoy the back yard barbequing on the grill or make smores on the firepit! Conveniently located 2 blocks f/ the Longleaf Trace, 2 miles f/ Sumrall Sportsplex public use tennis and pickleball courts, 2 miles f/ Dogwood Venue, & 15 miles f/ USM Campus.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home that includes a full size washer and dryer, a well equipped kitchen, there is also a Keurig and a 12 cup drip coffee maker with filters & start up coffee and tea supplies, a pellet grill on the back porch, a firepit w/ firewood in the back yard. There is covered parking for 2 cars but room in the driveway for more if needed.

The house was beautiful. I must say the mattress on the queen bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the bottom bunk bed. It had the most comfortable mattress.

The check in process was simple and easy. Heather was so easy to work with. The home was clean, pretty, and spacious. The backyard was huge, and the kids enjoyed the toys and games. No complaints at all. It was a great way to stay near my grandmother and visit with family for a weekend.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The host was great to work with in terms of accommodating our small gathering of family and friends after my son’s graduation. The house itself was wonderfully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. My wife and I were traveling with our parents and adult children and this house was a perfect fit for all.
