The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash, dry and put away any used dishes and utensils. Clean the grill (if used) and dump the charcoal ash in the fire pit or out in the woods. Unplug appliances on counter. Clean out fridge and freezer
Gather used bedding, towels, blankets and place in floor in front of the bathroom.
Turn off both bedroom A/C units. Leave living room unit set to 72 during the summer and 68 during the winter. Return key to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
