This apartment is in an area where you can take great walks every day. There is also a CVS, grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. The pictures of the property are accurate and it's a very comfortable place. Loved the touch key entries, too.

This apartment was everything we needed for our weekend, set in a charming neighborhood. Before arriving, I was worried about relying on street parking but we were consistently able to find a spot right by the door. Would definitely stay here again!

Roomy, clean, and bright apartment. The bed was very comfortable. All of the appliances worked well. Tastefully decorated.Street parking was no problem.The neighborhood is nice and safe.Instructions were clear and unambiguous.There are stairs that are kind of steep so those with mobility issues may find them challenging. The floors squeak and I hope that I didn’t disturb the folks downstairs.Location is great for events involving the local schools (UST, St Catherine’s, Macalister)Close to the river for a nice walk or run.

On a mission to find an apartment for grad student moving from out of state

Great location, used the transit system easily, clean, cute and in a safe area. On street parking was not an issue. Really enjoyed the space, would stay again!

Clean and well stocked

We (my adult daughter and I) spent 3 nights here. The flat was clean, unfussy, and well equipped and stocked with plenty of shampoo/conditioner, towels, coffee—even protein bars and microwaveable breakfast options. The neighborhood was attractive and street parking available. Our hosts were very responsive. We would stay there again. parking was available
