1. Please place all dishes in dishwasher and start (pods under sink) 2. Please place all USED towels and rags in washing machine and start. If unused towels remain, please leave folded on beds
3. Trash comes Monday morning so please have the cans at the curbside first thing Monday for pickup. 4. All USED bed sheets stripped and placed in laundry room on floor. Any unused beds can stay.

Great family vacation. Lots of space inside and out. Our favorite area was the garage converted into a family room. Even when it rained we were able to sit outside. Would definitely return

The house was great, plenty of activities for everyone and room for people to hang out. Loved playing pickleball and basketball as well as being about to walk to the Rockbridge trail.

Great stay. Had to find bath towels in the laundry room. Registers in the main bedroom off the main living area are broken. We just removed them to get heat and placed back when done. Great stay for our large family. Did not use hot tub or outside play set.

This is a great place for families! The barns, fire pit, playground, outdoor areas, and generous gathering spaces make it a unique gem. The host was replied quickly to questions about the property. Super close to Hocking Hills Canopy Tours and Rockbridge State Nature Preserve.

Great place to stay

Josh was a great host and helped troubleshoot the one problem we had. The house is great - lots of space for kids to run around, but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The trail close to the house was great or hiking, the Lake Logan beach was great…overall a really good experience.The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Walking into this house I knew I made the right decision about booking this property. It was perfect for our family gathering. Each room was unique in it”s own way. There was a lot of space and privacy. The children had many things to occupy their time. The barns had many activities for everyone, basketball playing, ping pong, darts and pickleball. Even though it was late December we spent alot of time outdoors. The area is full of trails and unique history. Walking distance from the property was a trail to the Rockbridge Bridge. There is an antique mall right down the road. The property is easy to get to from SR 33. The owners were helpful and provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Would book again!

The Yosemite was a nice place to stay however there were areas that could be improved…there were not enough towels or toilet paper for our group, no kitchen towels or washcloths provided. Also all the ping pong balls were cracked and the basketball was flat (provided a pump but no needles to pump it up) so we weren’t able to play any of those, in addition to a broken foose ball table. Only one light worked in the pickleball court which made it dark on half the court and difficult to see the ball. There was also a metal pipe coming down from the ceiling over part of the court which was dangerous. The hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable. The thermostat had a lock code so we weren’t able to adjust the temp when it got cold and rainy. We contacted the owner who adjusted it for us thankfully. There were also lots of bugs and cobwebs all over but I guess that’s to be expected in a farmhouse. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prep meals. The location was perfect, only a few minutes drive to the wedding venue (the reason for our visit) and close to Hocking Hills park and hikes. Josh was super responsive to all of our questions and checkin was very easy.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for letting us know about the ping pong balls and basketball pump. They've been replaced thanks to your comment. As for toilet paper, we stock 2 rolls per bathroom, so I've never had someone run through all of those. If more tp or hand towels were needed, we had more available if you asked. Yes, it's a farmhouse in the country, so bugs exist on the 5 acres. We pay for a treatment service so they are minimal. I wish you would have reached out with some of these concerns as you did with other items and I addressed quickly. 8/10 is fine, and we strive for 10/10 experiences for out guests.

We stayed at this incredible farmhouse for a family reunion, with guests ranging in age from 3 to 76, everyone had an amazing time! The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.The amenities were a huge hit! We spent hours playing pickleball, shooting hoops, and enjoying darts in the game area. The large gathering space was perfect for meals, games, and just catching up as a family. Whether it was the kids running around or the grandparents relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings, there was truly something for everyone.One of the most memorable features was a unique fire pit and park set in the woods nearby. It felt like something out of a storybook setting, tucked away in nature, with room for the kids to explore while the adults enjoyed the fire and conversations. The location couldn’t have been better; quiet, scenic, and still convenient to everything we needed. It was the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with family and creating memories we’ll talk about for years.Highly recommend this farmhouse for any group looking for a place that blends comfort, fun, and the perfect touch of country charm!

We had three long distance family friends meet up at The Yosemite for a long weekend together and couldn’t have asked for a better set up! The kids loved having multiple spaces to spread out and hang and the parents enjoyed being able to sit and have conversations because the kids were off playing! We would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Hocking Hills area!
