The property was clean and super convenient location for our family visit. The location was close enough to area amenities to make it convenient to get what we needed. We recommend this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions.

Good about the property, the views. Negative ‘s, the host locked the heating and cooling nest so it was pretty cold I caught a cold, there was a rain storm and it was cold outside with the air on it was very uncomfortable to shower or be comfortable sleeping. I rented this place because of the fireplace but it didn’t work when I told the host he said someone would come to fix it but no one came. There was also an outdoor fire pit which also opted us to rent this property but it needed gas, also didn’t work. The host didn’t respond to us at all after that. Also the internet cut out. The price is a 5 star resort pricing so we did expect exceptional service which we did not receive. I would therefore not recommend this place because the host didn’t respond to our communications and to many issues were not resolved.

There are instructions posted throughout the home with directions on how to operate the thermostat. The fireplace is fully functional and we did send a member of our maintenance team to check. The outdoor fire pit is run with a propane gas tank. Apologies the tank ran out but there are backup tanks on site so it doesn't inconvenience our guests. There were also no internet or service outages during your stay. We have wifi extenders located throughout the home to ensure you're able to stay connected no matter where you are in the home.
