Experience the ultimate in location and comfort in this 2 level, 4 bed/2.5 bath home with ocean and hillside views.

During your stay you will be just steps above the central downtown area of Laguna Beach with its "no-cars-allowed" street. You are just a short walking distance to the beach, the best shopping, entertainment, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, art galleries, Pageant of the Masters and world famous art festivals, and museums.

Enjoy the ocean view as you walk to the iconic Main Beach lifeguard tower, kid's playground, basketball courts, volleyball courts and tide pools. Enjoy an event at the new Rivian Theater which hosts free movies and community gatherings throughout the year.

Experience the community swimming pool, tennis courts and jogging track, all just a few blocks from your front door.

Relax on the private deck with a BBQ area or the other 2 balconies. Recently renovated, it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including WIFI, smart TV and 2 private parking spots.

We ask that you try to only book entire months, from the 1st till the end of the month.

There is no garage on the property. The entire driveway is reserved for the exclusive use of the private 2 story 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home.

The garage and garden apartments are separate units with separate entrances on separate sides of the property. There are no shared amenities or spaces.

We love our home and we love sharing it with others! It was our dream to live in Laguna Beach, and we were lucky enough to have lived here nearly 30 years and to have raised our children here. We truly believe this is one of the most beautiful towns in the world!

Why they chose this property

We LOVE to walk EVERY WHERE! And this is the perfect spot for that! We walk with our grandkids to the playground on the beach, enjoy sunset strolls with stunning views along Heisler Park. Even Whole Foods is an easy walk to grab whatever groceries we need. Our neighbors are great and very welcoming.

What makes this property unique

Of course the location! The house has high open ceilings and lots of windows to enjoy the ocean and canyon views. We always keep it maintained to the highest of standards!
