Ahhhhh .....Paradise ~ You have found your paradise on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. The Ocean views are yours! Our condo is literally steps from the water right at Kahalu'u Beach. If you are looking for one of the BEST snorkeling Beaches on the Big Island this is the condo you want. Kahalu'u Beach is a gentle protected beach with lifeguards and a pavillion for picnics. You can rent snorkel gear at the nearby Surfshop (1 block away) They also have SURF LESSONS...Ben is the Best! Also stand up paddle boards for rent.
Our designer decorated condo has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It can be your oasis away from home. Our condo is large, and luxurious. We are the newest construction on Alii Drive. The condo has all the amenities you will need for your home away from home. We take pride to bring in tropical decor into the unit. Open the triple sliding French Door and cross over the teak thresh hold onto the large lanai......take in the Beautiful OCEAN VIEW as the waves lap the shore, smell the air, listen to the native birds and enjoy the palms gently swaying in the tropical breeze......ah, you will then realize you truly are in "Paradise." Our condo features state of the art in design from the granite counter tops to the glass door cherry wood cabinets, completely stocked with colorful dishes. The bathrooms have glass block showers and glass sinks, just to name a few. All of the rooms as well as the lanai have big tropical ceiling fans and tray ceilings. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with Disc player and a TV in each bedroom. We have FREE INTERNET hook up and free long distance to the U.S. and Canada. This condo has all you will need for your home away from home. We have boogie boards, cooler, beach towels and maybe even a few beach toys for your little ones.
We own 2 side by side condos at the Beach Villas. If you are coming with another family, it's perfect. Our other unit (is number 231615.), located right next door. Kahalu'u Beach has BEST snorkeling on the island and there is surfing and stand up paddle boarding to the North part of the Bay. Rent the boards, snorkels, etc. from the nearby surf shop which is only a block away. Kahalu’u offers easy access to the undersea population of green sea turtles and colorful tropical fish of every description. You will be amazed. You can go early morning, noon and mid-day, even hang out on the beach to watch Kona’s beautiful sunsets. You will Love it! :)
Mornings on the lanai, sipping your coffee as the sun comes over Hualailai.....watching the ocean change in light blues is magical. Evenings..........dinner on the lanai you will be treated to one of those unforgettable Kona sunsets where the colors of the sky and sea are beyone description. Watch closely.....you may be fortunate enough to view the famous "green flash" as the sun disappears into the ocean. If you are looking for ultimate family vacation experience, this will check all the boxes for you.
The condo is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. As you sit on the lanai enjoying your ocean view, you will be mesmerized by the singing tropical birds. Feel the gentle trade winds and watch the palm trees sway. Take a breath of the fresh ocean air, you truly are in paradise.


Big Island has it all. Kona has some of the world's best, golf, fishing, diving, snorkeling and beaches. You can run, bike or hike for miles, or just sit back and relax on the lanai. (there is a bike stand next to our complex where you can rent a bike and go for a cruise) Along Alii Drive, which runs along the ocean, you will find beautiful quiet sandy coves. You couldn’t ask for a better location. There are so many beautiful beaches to go to, the Big Island is so diverse. I put up pictures of a few of my favorites.

Nearby Keauhou Shopping center, has dining, shops, grocery story, theaters, live entertainment and a spectacular Sat. Farmers Market with local coffees, organic produce etc.. Recently Sam Choy’s Restaurant was added. He is a world famous chef, known for incredible food and they have great prices.
Relax by the infinity pool that seems to spill into the ocean or take a dip in the hot tub while you are barbequeing your favorite Island catch for dinner. There is even a shallow area our (keiki pool) for little ones.

Our rate varies from the $200. per night. VRBO has property owners post a rate. It is not always accurate. Winter, holidays, and Iron Man are higher and last minute (based on availability) could be less.
