The property was really nice and spacious. Close to the ocean. 15 minutes from Kailua. The host made suggestions on what to do while visiting here. We enjoyed the restaurants and the beaches recommended. The host and property manager were very responsive and amiable. There was a nice pool and jacuzzi too.

We stayed with our family of 5. This condo was very nicely kept and the location across from the beach was amazing. Our girls also put in some time at the pool and loved it.Perfect location for jumping off to other adventures in Kona as well. Close to grocery and restaurants and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy on-site parking and an elevator- used a couple of times when u loading luggage, made life easier!I did quite a bit of research before our trip on where to stay and this absolutely exceeded expectations for our family. Would highly recommended to others.

This was a really sweet spot, when your traveling somewhere, you want to be out and about not spending all your time in your rental, but coming back to this one was relaxing, comfortable, and with a sweet view. The pool and hot tub were clean and peaceful. Rest days didnt feel like a waste and the neighbor hood kittys were fun to watch. Gail was helpful and welcoming, we had a little communication breakdown but she reassured me everything was going to be okay. If I were to go back to Hawaii I would like to book here again. I had one complaint and that was the condo upstairs they were very loud but thats not in Gails control and hofully that was a temporary neigbor.

We have always dreamed about owning a condo in Hawaii This location has it all....This is our SECOND one at this complex. We also own 231615 and I can book you in a couple others based on availability. We loved the first one so much that we decided to get a second, so we can enjoy some time there too. We wanted a gentle beach for the Grandkids and we Love to snorkel. This is the perfect location. By the way The Big Island has the clearest water of all the Hawaiian Islands.
We feel truly blessed to own this piece of 'Paradise' and would love to share it with you. I take pride in helping you to make the most of your vacation and look forward to hearing from you. I will provide you with my "Fun to Do" list that I have compiled with lots of freebies too! :)
We own condos right next to one another. It is great for 2 families traveling together.
In Dec 2014, we bought a 1 bedroom unit at Casa de Emdeko. It has ocean view, newly decorated and brand new king size bed. If you are on a budget, this complex is perfect.I really love the beautiful ocean side salt water pool, the sand beach area (not for swimming though) the seawall at sunset and sunrise. The friendliness of all the guests, the beautiful gardens with over 40 colors of hibiscus...I could go on and on. The barbeque area with the lit tiki torches is so fun in the evening. Many of the guests come down. You will surely make new friends too.

What makes this property unique

If you are looking for a gentle beach with GREAT snorkeling and that is kid friendly, this is the place you want to be. The condo is new and right at the Beach Park. Kids love the shallow tidepools and playing on the sandy beach. There is a pavillion, lifeguards, and yummy Hawaiian shaved ice available. The local 'save the reef' group is usually there with plenty of information on the fish, coral and turtles you will see. The ocean views from the condo are also incredible and the building is new and we have the elevator in our building.It comes in handy when arriving with your suitcases and groceries.
