It was extremely nice in all aspects. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed to have a great stay. Beth’s communication was very good and checkout was simple and seamless. We will definitely stay here again!
Beth is a kind, gracious, and helpful host! The accommodations are very clean, comfortable, and complete with all a guest could need. Her home is located in a pleasant wooded area which is very attractive. Beth has a pretty garden off her deck in the back. This is a very relaxing place to spend some quiet time! My wife and zi highly recommend this host and lodging! This was our second stay,

It’s such a pleasure to have such lovely guests as you, especially for your second visit. I appreciate our easy conversations and your thoughtfulness.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1 year and it was so amazing! It was the perfect size for just us 2. It was super cozy and very home like. I would 100% stay here again!
Quiet rural beautiful setting. Gracious and kind host. Comfortable accommodations. Love the resident kitty! Close to trails, town with great eating establishments. Just a terrific place to get away and enjoy!!
I had a wonderful time staying at the Newbury Country VRBO. Beautiful grounds and the perfect launching pad for a weekend exploring the area north of Boston. Communication with Beth (the owner) was phenomenal, and she made the stay easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again the next time I’m up this way!

Picturesque garden, clean and comfortable bed, large and well equipped bathroom. The host was very accommodating and attentive. It’s only a few miles from Plum island and its Parker River nature reserve.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and were comfortable with the accommodations. Such a nice time of year for a family gathering. Maybe we’ll see you next year!
We had a lovely two-night stay. Beth was thoughtful with advice about local attractions and also very generous with personal items to make our stay exceptionally comfortable. The location was private, quiet and also very close to both good restaurants and beautiful beaches.

I hope you found your way to the Plum Island beach. I enjoyed having you as guests and hope you'll return when the time is right. Happy summer to you both. Cheers, Beth
Tranquil rural setting, yet within minutes of the State's largest river (the Merrimack), the Atlantic Ocean, and one of the seats of this Republic's founding. Come listen to the quiet, and enjoy Beth's warm hospitality. A wonderful visit!
We had the best day at Beth‘s place! She was the most kind host and communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again! It was only five minutes to downtown Newburyport and close to other things as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and Beth is just the sweetest person!

Thank you for your lovely review! You were both sweet guests and it was a pleasure to see you having such a good time getting away together. Come back again soon.
Our hostess was the best! She made us feel at home the entire time. Everything was as described with even a few additional items not mentioned. We have already recommended this location to friends and would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity! Most excellent!

Thank you for your lovely review. I’m so glad you both had such a comfortable stay and found this to be a great jumping off point to get to all the things you planned after making a big flight east. I hope you’ll come back again soon.
I very much enjoyed staying at this Newbury country property. It provided the peaceful atmosphere that I was seeking. The upstairs room was large, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, and a lounge chair with ottoman. The walls were lined with bookshelves stocked with many reading choices. There were sufficient charging connections for devices. The small but adequate bathroom is on the lower level, along with a small refrigerator that stores ample supplies, and a small microwave. These were quite sufficient for storing and heating prepared meals and take-out. Beth, the hostess, couldn't have been more agreeable. We discovered we share a garden interest which led to many related conversations. She offers her large deck as a place for clients to relax. I plan to return next year.
Beth was amazing and her house was beautiful. The room was so cozy and had a lot of good books! She also had a gorgeous garden she encouraged us to explore! She gave us muffins for breakfast and stocked the fridge and also had towels and beach chairs we were allowed to take to use. Great personality and lovely house. 10/10 reccomended

Well, thanks for your great review! It was lovely to have you both here and I hope you’ll return sometime soon. It’s always wonderful when an adventure turns out to be so much fun.😊
We planned a short weekend trip out of the city and Beth's VRBO was the perfect place for us. She was a thoughtful host, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. She even had beach essentials for us which was really nice since we didn't have any but could still get to go to the beach. It's a very short and easy drive to both downtown Newburyport and Plum Island which allowed us to see everything in the area while we were there. We're already thinking about planning another time to stay here in the future!

Thank you for your lovely review. It was so nice to have you stay and I hope you’ll come back again soon. Happy summer! Beth
We enjoyed our stay very much. Beth was great, stocked our refrigerator with goodie’s. Shower was a little small and the bathroom and bedroom were on a different level. Not a problem for most but was a bit of problem for two older boomers. Having said that, I would also say that the host Beth, more than anything made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. Much better than a hotel stay for sure. Would we go back - that’s a yes.

I'm a recently retired educator and have lived in the Newburyport area for 40 years. I love it here! There's always something entertaining to enjoy with great seacoast activities, restaurants, and shops. The locals are very friendly, and it's safe and fun to explore. I like to be here to welcome you and give you any information you need for a comfortable stay. Then you have your own private entrance to come and go as you like. But call or text if you have any questions along the way. I hope you'll have the freedom to enjoy our home and treat it as you would your own. Kindly no smoking, and please leave your shoes by the entryway for a clean and enjoyable suite. Our outside lights come on automatically for you after dark. Thank you!
