Our home is walkable to some of the best restaurants, bars and shops San Antonio has to offer and just minutes from the famous Riverwalk!
THE SPACE:
This spacious home features five elegantly appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms across three levels, offering plenty of room for relaxation and rest. With original architectural details such as tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and ornate moldings, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time while enjoying all the conveniences of modern living. The open-concept living areas invite you to gather with loved ones or enjoy quiet moments in a cozy corner. Our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker provides everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles.

HOUSE MANUAL:
- We are NOT a pet-friendly property and do charge an additional $350 cleaning fee for undisclosed pets. However, we do accept service animals and are happy to accommodate as long as we are notified prior to the stay that you will be bringing your service animal and are able to verify the pet as a service animal as allowed by VRBO.
- Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the home and city street parking is available in front of the home.
- As you'll notice when you arrive, our home is historic and we have tried our best to keep much of the vintage charm and original fixings that the property was built with. You may notice some imperfections, if anything is directly effecting your stay please reach out to us via the app as soon as possible and we will do our best to get the issue resolved.
- If there are any minor or major fixes that need to be made please do not attempt to fix them yourself and contact us immediately. We will send someone out to make the repair if needed.
- Please do not set AC below 68 degrees. As previously mentioned, the home is old and does take a moment too cool down. If you attempt to drop the temperature below 68 it will freeze our unit.
-If staying on the 3rd floor room, the unit located in the window is the main source of AC for that floor and should be used to cool the space down. Please do not set the 3rd floor AC unit below 68.
- Please do not touch or attempt to use the security alarm system.
- Many of the furniture pieces throughout the home are antiques, please do not set any drinks down on the wood pieces without a coaster. Coasters can be found in the formal living room.
-Please do not take inside furniture outdoors.
- Exterior cameras are located on the front porch, side of the house, and back area for security purposes. There are no cameras located inside the house.
- Any children under 12 must be accompanied on the 2nd floor balcony for safety purposes.
- Our Washer & Dryer are currently on back order therefore there is no washer and dryer on the property at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Stroll throughout the famous King William District, where you'll find a wealth of art galleries, boutique shops, and renowned restaurants, offering everything from traditional Tex-Mex to gourmet dining experiences.
Also, just a short walk away is the San Antonio River Walk, where you can explore scenic canals, lush landscaping, and a variety of cafes and shops. For history lovers, the nearby San Antonio Missions National Historical Park and the Alamo provide a fascinating look into the city’s storied past and are just a short drive away.
