This was a great property. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and close to everything. Nicole was super attentive to everything and strived to make everything perfect for our stay. We had an issue with the internet - no fault of Nicole's - and she even offered to send over a new WiFi with a different company. She responded quickly when we reached out. We will stay here again if we are in the area. She was a super hostess!

The condo was super clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful. Here are things you should be aware of: it's on the 3rd floor, walk up. The mattress was comfortable, but the sheets are polyester and made me sweat. The key pad to get into the condo is tricky.

Our host Katrina is amazing.It was such a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect—very clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient to everything we needed. Check in was easy and it was clean. We weren’t aware there wasn’t an elevator and would be walking up stairs to the third floor. We would’ve liked more towels. The blinds in the living room wouldn’t close all the way due some broken slats. We enjoyed the easy checkout and no cleaning being required. We appreciate you sharing your home with us!

Nicole is an excellent host. Property is well situated with plenty of restaurants and shopping. There are also a number of recreational activities nearby. The drive to Micklers Landing beach was about 15 minutes. The only drawback would be for people who have trouble with stairs as there is no elevator. We would definitely recommend this property and Nicole.

Great rental property. It was a perfect location for us to visit with our friends, easy access to shopping and activities, and a lovely pool space. Beds were comfy and the showers had good water pressure and temp. We will definitely book again for future visits to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed Julington Creek Fish Camp and Island Wing. St. Augustine and Mickler Beach were fun visits. Would recommend having an iron, hair dryer, and baking pans. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, dishes, and silverware. Bed and couch were comfortable!
