Escape to this cabin located directly in the valley of Franklin, NC as views of a creek and mountain ranges surround you. Sit and sip coffee in a rocking chair on the large screened in porch, while listening to the sweet sound of rushing waters from the Creek .
The Little Owa Cabin is positioned perfectly to enjoy the amazing views and adventures of the outdoors but close enough to towns and the surrounding amenities.
The Location: Little Owa Cabin is just 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 30 minutes to Dillsboro & Sylva, and 45 minutes to Bryson City. For those who want to adventure further Little Owa Cabin is approximately an hour and half to Gatlinburg, TN with a great drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Little Owa is perfect for those who want to explore the outdoors from hiking trails, tubing, and white water rafting. But also want to enjoy the breweries, local dinning, and shopping.
The Space: The cabin is a 2 bedroom (full size bed) with one bathroom (Jack and Jill style) between the two rooms. The cabin has a large open living room with a couch which turns into a full size bed for an extra sleeping area. Little Owa has a full size kitchen that is fully stocked with the kitchen items needed to prepare a meal and a coffee bar area.
Open the sliding glass door, breathe the mountain air and listen to the sounds of the creek as you enjoy a large screened in patio with outdoor dining table, chest filled with board games, and 3 rocking chairs. There is also an outdoor fire pit to enjoy roasting marshmallows and have great conversations with two sitting benches.
Little Owa Cabin offers a remote start electric fire place that will keep you enjoying the mountain evenings while you watch your favorite show on a 55 inch smart TV in the living room. There are also 2 additional smart tv’s in the bedrooms. Little Owa Cabin has wifi for those looking to stay connected.
We provide linens, dish/hand soap, and start up toilet paper and paper towels. You will need to bring anything additional and your own firewood for the outdoor fire pit.
Once you arrive at this unique cabin in the valley you will never want to leave!
Also cell phone service is spotty depending on the provider but there is wifi for outside communications. This cabin is located on a street which is half paved half dirt with surrounding tiny homes and campers.
Guest will have full access to the creek outback. The property lines for our backyard are marked by two (2) bushes by the creek. Please stay on our property and do not use the neighbors property to enter the creek.

Very clean and organized. The screened in back porch along with the fire pit were very nice hangout spots. We met a couple of neighbors who were very nice and inviting. Overall a great experience.
