Experience the Great Smoky Mountains from beautiful historic downtown Gatlinburg. The panoramic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains is for all seasons; majestic mountains, rolling streams, and Gatlinburg's famous city lights will make your visit unforgettable.

Our unit at Oak Square Condominiums has one large bedroom with KING-size bed, and sliding door leading out to a private covered balcony overlooking the outdoor pool.. The fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinets, twi-burner cook surface with , dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. The living room has a sleepersofa for relaxing while enjoying the woodburning fireplace. Also, this condominium has two flatscreen Cable TVs one with DVD/VCR Combo. The condominium building has two convenient elevators and luggage carts for guest use.

We are located in DOWNTOWN Gatlinburg across the street from the famous aerial tramway that goes to Ober Gatlinburg and minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walk to anywhere from our location and find wonderful restaurants, endless shopping, the Gatlinburg Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and much more! If you do not want to walk, take the popular Gatlinburg Trolley, it stops right at our door and will take you to countless places in Gatlinburg, the National Park, and Pigeon Forge.

Host was very nice, and you can't beat the loacation. Its on the backside of the main drag. The indoor pool was nice as the water wasn't cold. We've been coming down to the area a couple of times a year 20 plus years, first time staying at these condos, and it was one of our favorites we've stayed at so far. It is only a one bedroom, so a little small, but it was perfect for our needs. We couldn't get the jets to work in the jetted bathtub, but thats a not a super big deal. Hope to be staying again in the future!

Excellent condo! We arrived just a couple hours early of our check in and the owners allowed us to go on in early and everything was very clean and tidy with plenty of linens for the 2 of us. My only suggestion would be to add a keurig but i still give them a 5 star rating! Owners were super nice and welcoming and respinded to any messages very promptly. We had a GREAT stay!

All the pictures were accurate, except for the bathroom. The tile/grout in the shower was nasty and it has taken a while to get that way, unsure where all the comments about cleanliness comes from. The space was good for two people, since all we did was shower and sleep once in the condo. Great location.

Great location

If you want a place to stay that is within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg this is it. Very cozy and comfortable for two people. This location also has covered parking. The host is amazing and we will definitely plan another stay.
