Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very well equipped and wonderfully clean. Give of us stayed there and it was very comfortable and welcoming. We would stay here again.
Let me start by saying Jenny, the host of our 3 bedroom VRBO rental in Boston, was absolutely far and away the best host you could ask for. Her communication before, during and after the trip was fantastic. Check-in was smooth as butter! Instructions were crystal clear. The actual rental itself was absolutely immaculate! Very modern and updated accommodation with absolutely everything you could ask for. One major perk was assigned parking for one vehicle in the back of the home so you do not having to struggle to find a place to park on the street. I would not hesitate to rent again if I am in the Boston area.
Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights at this home. Everything that was stated in the description was accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and accessibility to the “T” to get in and out of Boston.
An absolute gem in the city of Dorchester! This place was absolutely beautiful! It's been newly restored, was very crisp and clean, enough room for our family to spread out. The location was great to get to Downtown Boston and Salem. The owner was very communicative which I appreciated so much! I would recommend 10 out of 10 for sure to stay at this property.
Overall good experience. Home is in a sketchy part of town. We sat on front balcony and saw many people driving and walking by at all hours of the night (including a suspicious person jump the neighbors fence and slowly climb onto their back porch at night). The a/c didn’t go below 67 degrees but indoor temp remained pretty hot and no fans were provided. Windows were left often but didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open overnight. The place is likely reasonably considering it’s in Boston and not too far from major things. Just be aware that it will be hot and not in best part of town.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We truly wish you had let us know right away when you noticed the suspicious person. We would have been more than happy to assist and take action immediately. Unfortunately, we didn’t know about the situation at the time, so we weren’t able to support you when it happened. We’ve never experienced anything like this before, and we’re truly sorry that you had to encounter it during your stay.
Regarding the temperature, if you had let us know that you needed a fan or were having trouble adjusting the A/C, we would have been happy to assist you right away and do our best to make you more comfortable.
Once again, we’re very sorry that we didn’t know about these concerns during your stay, as we would have loved the opportunity to help. Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
The house was nice, clean, and well stocked! My friends and I had everything we could ever dream of, and even slippers. Host was kind, communicative, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to any one.
Very nice apartment property with plenty of sleeping for a large party. Great facility and accommodations, with a full, though small kitchen, and living room. Not a great area, but felt generally safe. About an 8 block to the closest subway station. Highly recommended for day trips into Downtown Boston without breaking your budget.
We all love the house. It’s very clean, modern, classy, well lit, and well maintained. We can’t complain about anything. The host answers promptly and kind. We have parking spaces in the back which gave us peace of mind. The house was stacked with all the necessary stuff for our stay, toiletries, beddings, towels, iron and iron board, kitchen plates, utensils, pots and pans and kitchen cleaning supplies except there’s no laundry (I didn’t ask though) and no rice cooker (we’re big rice fans). Although the kitchen and dining area is quite small, the whole house is very clean and comfortable, feels like home. I will recommend this to anyone and my friends and I will definitely stay again when I go to Boston.
Had a wonderful 3 night/4day stay here Aug. 2026! Owner was very easy to communicate with, gave detailed information for check in and check out, and was thoughtful and courteous in every message. We would stay here again, without hesitation! Private parking area in back, so no need to park on the street. A lovely property, fantastic host, and a very fair price. Property was secure, bathrooms were especially wonderful, and beds were very comfortable. Thanks for everything!!
This place is very nice, everything is quite new and super clean. However if you're wanting a quiet restful place you'll need to look elsewhere. The neighborhood is very noisy and comes alive in the evening. Three nights we came home to police on the block. Every night people were very noisy and made it difficult to sleep.Great apartment but I wouldn't stay here again due to the lousy neighborhood.
