We stayed here for 3 nights with our extended family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Having a lovely en-suite bathroom for each of the five bedrooms is a rare find and a wonderful feature. Our grandchildren were thrilled with the amazing kids bedroom on the upper level. There were so many thoughtful, special touches throughout the house - such as bath toys in the children’s bathroom, numerous condiments and basic supplies in the kitchen, a Keurig with the ability to brew either a full pot of coffee or individual cups, and the homemade yogurt and granola. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return!

Our group of 10 friends had a wonderful stay at Eby Farm! We love to cook and the kitchen was as functional as it was beautiful. The dining room was well sized for our group to sit comfortably, and we were able to sit together at the outdoor dining table as well. As so many other reviews have mentioned, the convenience of en suite bathrooms for each couple can’t be overstated. Suzanne was kind, helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was conveniently located for so many area attractions and there was even more to do in the area than we realized. Additionally, WiFi in the house was strong, as was the central air; it was great being able to control it on each floor. All in all, we felt very lucky to be able to stay at Eby Farm!

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. We had a multi generational group celebrating my parents 70th birthdays/ 50th anniversary. The kids loved the bunk room and it was so nice with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. It’s in such a peaceful area and the one neighbor we met was really nice! The kids loved having area to run and explore and it was conveniently located to many attractions and shopping. The back porch was one of our favorite places to spend time when we were just hanging around and the entire house has been renovated with top notch finishes while leaving hints of the original home throughout. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The property/home was beautiful. We came in for a mud sale (stayed for a long weekend) and it was a great gathering place for our family group which continues to grow every year. It was extremely convenient to have a bathroom in every bedroom; the only thing I would mention is the lack of one on the main floor. The kitchen was wonderful and the large table allowed us to gather in the evenings for games and socializing. The back covered porch was also a great place to gather with the temperatures starting to warm up. Lovely, lovely long weekend with the accommodations greatly contributing to it.

The house is beautiful inside and out. We loved the fact that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and stocked with everything we needed. The location of the house could not have been better. It is so close to our favorite places to shop. The hot tub was a welcome retreat after a long day of nonstop shopping!! Suzanne and Daniel were a pleasure to deal with. Both were very responsive and informative. This house was the perfect place for our annual cousins/friends weekend in Lancaster County. We are already looking forward to next year!

The Eby Farm was a beautiful place to stay and parking was never an issue. Garbage removal was super easy and everything about the place was great. We did have some older individual's among our family members so not having a powder room on the main level was a little tricky. The area surrounding the farm was beautiful. The hostess/host was quick to reply to any questions and very accommodating. Loved the place - would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home that we vacationed at with the family. With 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, everyone had their privacy. Everything was clean and well appointed with everything you could need or want. It was in close proximity to restaurants and attractions. It is definitely a place we will be coming back to again. Working with Suzanne was a pleasure!

Absolutely perfect rental for our family of ten. Everything was immaculately clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the hot tub on a VERY cold evening, cooking some great meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, playing board games in the evening. The three children enjoyed the third floor kids room with private bathroom to the fullest. A quiet location - the only sounds we could hear were the occasional horse and buggy passing by. Highly recommend!!!
