Fully equipped and turn key for your convenience right down to the plates and silverware. Each unit has it's own on site utility room with washer and dryer, screened lanai with sitting area and cable and Wi-Fi are included. Property management off site however located very close by. Units are maintenance free for your added convenience as well. LOCATED right on Lemon Bay with docking area for your boat with extended dock and fishing pier! Also located on the property is a covered picnic area with a gas grill! Manasota Key, Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Golf courses and historic Dearborn street are within minutes of this location as well as wonderful local restaurants and shopping!
