Great getaway!!!

We had a wonderful time and everything was just as stated on the VRBO app. Would definitely recommend house to anyone looking to stay in the area and if/when we are back in the area would definitely look for availability!! Extra nice having fenced yard with younger grandkids on our trip. Owner is so awesome and helpful - definitely would stay again!!!

Mike was great and replied quickly with any questions. I was there for a quick 3 day work time. Perfect for that. They could have corn hole or something to do in the evenings.

Clean, comfortable and great place for our family and young dog to stay. Thank you for accommodating us. We wanted to visit our family who had just moved to this area in FL about 2 hours away from us. But, we didn't want to leave our new young dog behind. So this house was perfect (fenced in yard). Winter getaway from the cold north

The host is very friendly. The property is close to several beaches, restaurants, shopping and parks for walking. The house is comfortable and being able to sit on the dock by the canal was very relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

Don't judge a book by its cover

We pulled up to what looked like a blue cinderblock house with a mostly gravel front yard, cute but didn't look like much. Then we went inside. I has a great layout and it was very clean. Then the backyard..it was perfect...grass, the dock, fish cleaning station, fish jumping. We were visiting family in Englewood and borrowed fishing poles from them and actually caught 3 fish from the backyard. Its a great place.

Just what we needed

The long weekend was just what we all needed. The home was spacious, clean, and perfectly furnished. We were able to launch our kayaks right there on the property. Just minutes to the beach, shopping, and dinning. The home owner was kind, and more than accommodating with meeting and letting us into the property. Thank you again!! We will stay again.

Bob and I have just completed our first 6 week Snow Bird stay! Mike's house is all about LOCATION! we were close to the beaches and grocery stores and any kind of entertainment or food you could wish for! The house is comfortable, the internet was fast, and the yard a song bird paradise. We could watch the fish jump from the private dock and one day we were treated to an alligator swimming by! The neighbors were friendly and we felt very safe. Mike is an attentive host who made sure every one of our needs were met while we were there for 6 weeks. we highly recommend this house.

We were looking for a spacious house and close to the beaches, for our 2 day getaway with our family of 5. We got everything we were looking for. Fantastic House

This house was everything we needed on this vacation. My family went on a short getaway with my parents - 4 adults and 4 kids in all - and it easily accommodated us. The dock out back was perfect to sit on in the morning and drink coffee and watch the fish jump. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. All in all, it was a great get away house!
