The Rustic Cabin at Pilot Knob is loaded with historic charm! This one bedroom cabin sleeps up to 6 guests and is one of three properties on a quiet, private estate.

On the main floor, you and your guests can gather in the living room for great conversation or game night, play music on the record player, and there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal around the table and kitchen bar.

The Cabin sits on the front of the property and features a large covered front porch with a swing and lots of seating to enjoy the wildlife as they come through.

At Pilot Knob Estate, we are proud to offer communal lake access for all the cabins. This means that every guest staying at our estate has the wonderful opportunity to enjoy and make unforgettable memories by the lake. Whether you're looking to swim, fish, or simply relax by the water, our communal lake access ensures that everyone can indulge in the natural beauty and serenity of the lake during their stay.

At Pilot Knob Estate, you'll find simplicity and sanctuary while being just minutes from Kroger Marketplace for all of your grocery needs, as well as Vietnam Veterans Blvd. for convenient access to nearby restaurants, stores, and activities. Downtown Nashville is only a 30 mile drive

The cabin was very nice and our stay was wonderful. It was clean and the kitchen & bathroom were both nicely updated. The grounds were nice and quiet as well. The loft sleeping area was a nice calm space. The hosts responded to my emails immediately and I'm very appreciative of that.

We stayed 14 days at the Rustic Cabin. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen well set up. It is truly rustic, complete with a quiet piece of nature and a small inlet of Old Hickory Lake for fishing. The single bedroom is an upstairs loft with the only bathroom, which is completely updated. The bedroom area contains a twin bed and a king mattress. There are two futon chairs that can be used for small children. Grocery shopping is minutes away and several restaurants are nearby.

What a cool property. Cabin built in 1836, updated with all the amenities you could want. An amazing compound with 3 cabins/homes to choose from and a lakefront view. Felt a million miles from everyone, yet so close to everything. Bed was super comfortable too!

This is a great place for family reunions! There are 3 cabins on the property, the lake is right there, and there's plenty of room for everyone. The cabin was very clean, spacious and all of your creature conforts are provided. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet, and your only 30 minutes from Nashville! The host was very responsive when the electricity went out and checking and out was a breeze.

We had a nice stay. We noticed several wasp nests on the top of the bedroom window sill and the window was not sealed there so we were concerned about one or wasps would get in and sting us. We notified the host and they were going to send out pest control. Also, the bedroom had a urine smell. Not sure what the source was but it was unpleasant.
