Great location and house for a big group. The host was very responsive and the check in/out process was very smooth! There are plenty of beach chairs and toys, the only thing to note is you must bring your own towels and sheets.

We had a perfect week. The house was clean and in great condition. The location is amazing close to the beach and retail. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend this house.

The property manager was great and super communicative. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. When we arrived there was garbage all over the side and back of the house we cleaned up. Beds were filthy so we had to run multiple loads of wash. Couch and floors needed a good vacuum. Hoping this was only because we were one of the first guests of the season.

Apologies that the house did not meet your expectations. We had the roof redone shortly prior to your arrival; I gave the roofers feedback about the debris. If you have photos, please feel free to share them with me directly. We also had the vent lines cleaned over the winter and ran the system consistently to prevent freezing pipes- wondering if that was why it was dusty as you were the first guests of the season. In the future, please reach out upon arrival if your expectations are not met. I would have gladly requested our cleaning lady come and take photos outside, clean up the debris, vacuum, and bring rental bedding to prevent the inconvenience to you as guests.
