Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Clean, comfortable, and cute with lots of space including a small dining area and patio. Large shower, ceiling fans which were much appreciated in the hot July heat, and a bottle of wine for guests! I reached out to the mgt company via text due to an alarm sounding whose source I could not pinpoint. The communication back was that maintenance discovered a freezer door alarm in one of the units was sounding and subsequently silenced. Great resolution-concern taken seriously, staff dispatched, cause determined, and communication back to guest-that’s what we all want to see!
