The location of this property was perfect for us. We had no trouble finding street parking within a block of the home. The beds were comfortable - we used the rooms with the king and the queen. There was also a room with 2 twins. There were 2 bathrooms, one up and one down complete with bath products, nice towels and a hairdryer. We found the kitchen to have everything we needed for our simple needs. (We only snacked and had basic breakfast). We were within easy walk of a great steakhouse, Bookends, St John’s church, bakeries, stores, etc. We received all the information we needed ahead of time from our host. If we return to Richmond, will definitely look at staying here again.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Burrow. The house is delightfully decorated and well supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was nice and I enjoyed exploring the area on foot. It was my first time in Richmond and I would love to come back.

So glad to hear you had a good time! Yeah, we love the area too :-) come back anytime!
The location is fantastic and ideal for walking to local restaurants and parks. There is ample street parking so there is no issue at all with not having a garage or driveway. The area is quiet, but there are definitely people out walking throughout the day. We felt safe and were not concerned about having our teenage kids with us. The only drawback is the stairs are very squeaky (old historic home so to be expected) and the primary bed frame was also squeaky and not as comfortable as we hoped. Overall still an amazing experience and would recommend the home. There are 2 areas for relaxing, one with the TV and the other off the kitchen so that was really nice to have the space.
I stayed here with 4 students for a speech and debate tournament. It was super comfortable and clean and 10 minutes from the convention center downtown. The neighborhood is absolutely awesome. I went on runs near the neighborhood almost every morning. There is so much history and culture right near the house and the local restaurants and coffee shops are great. The hosts were easy to get ahold of when needed and it all went really well. We would definitely stay again!
